10:26 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heico ( HEI ) said Monday its Flight Support Group has acquired a 90% stake in Millennium International, a provider of business and regional jet avionics repair solutions.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Millennium's co-founders will retain the remaining ownership, Heico ( HEI ) said. It expects the acquisition to be accretive to its earnings in the year following closing.
