09:21 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heico ( HEI ) said Monday that Eric and Victor Mendelson were named co-chairmen following the death of their father, executive chairman Laurans Mendelson, on Sept. 27.

The aerospace and electronics company said that Eric and Victor Mendelson will remain co-chief executive officers.

The company said no changes to business or operations are expected as a result of the leadership change.

Heico ( HEI ) shares were 0.6% higher in premarket trading.
