08:05 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helium Evolution ( HEEVF ) overnight Monday said it has secured a helium offtake agreement for its share of production from the Soda Lake Facility in the Mankota area of Saskatchewan. HEVI holds a 20% working interest in the Soda Lake Facility, and the buyer has committed to purchase the entirety of Helium Evolution's ( HEEVF ) share of production.

The purification facility is scheduled to start up early in the fourth quarter of this year, a statement said.

The agreement includes a one-year initial term with renewal options.
