Hello Group Swings to Net Loss in Q2 as Revenue Declines

06:03 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hello Group ( MOMO ) swung to a Q2 non-GAAP loss early Tuesday of 0.58 renminbi (US$0.08) per diluted American depositary share, from earnings of 2.38 renminbi a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.07 renminbi.

Net revenue for the quarter that ended June 30 was 2.62 billion renminbi, down from 2.69 billion renminbi a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 2.61 billion renminbi.

For Q3, the company expects net revenue to be between 2.59 billion to 2.69 billion renminbi. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect 2.65 billion renminbi.

Shares of the company traded 1.7% lower in premarket activity.
