Pershing Square USA Launches IPO Roadshow

07:27 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pershing Square USA said Tuesday it has launched a roadshow for the initial public offering of its common shares.

The IPO price will likely be $50 per share, the company said, adding that it will seek a New York Stock Exchange listing under the ticker symbol "PSUS."
