Here’s how Acer is planning to tap markets like gaming and VR along with their PC business

Gaming in India is expanding rapidly, with the industry projected to cross $ 800 million by 2022, according to a CII report. Today, apart from serious gamers, there is a large growing community of casual gaming enthusiasts. With this, laptop brands such as Acer are rapidly moving towards shifting their focus towards gaming.

Storyboard caught up with Andrew Hou, Pan Asia Pacific President AT Acer and spoke to him about how Acer is planning to tap markets like gaming and VR along with their PC business and also in an era where consumer is moving towards smartphones and smaller screens how can a brand like Acer build a case for laptops.
