Prudential Financial Plans to Issue $3 Billion InterNotes

02:47 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prudential Financial ( PRU ) plans to issue up to $3 billion worth of debt to raise funds for general corporate purposes.

The debt will be issued via so-called InterNotes that would mature six months or more from the date of issue, according to its regulatory filing Monday.

Price: 106.44, Change: -3.82, Percent Change: -3.46
