11:10 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz Energy ( HZLIF ) on Friday said it is acquiring the Harriman Antimony property in Quebec, which is comprised of 49 mineral claims, through an option agreement between prospector Glenn Griesbach and Canuck Lithium, a Hertz subsidiary.

Hertz will pay $20,000 cash and issue 4-million shares to Griesbach, who is also entitled to 2.5% net smelter returns. Hertz may reduce this to 1% by paying Griesback $1.5 million.

No mineral resources or reserves have been defined on the property.

Hertz was last seen up $0.015 to $0.085, on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
