Hertz Increases Offering of First-Lien Senior Secured Notes to $750 Million

07:35 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz Global Holdings ( HTZ ) said Friday it has entered into agreements to sell $750 million aggregate principal amount of 12.625% first-lien senior secured notes due 2029, an increase from the previously announced $500 million.

The company also announced an agreement to sell $250 million aggregate principal amount of 8.000% exchangeable senior second-lien secured payment-in-kind notes due 2029. The offerings are expected to close on or about June 28, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, Hertz said.
