09:15 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hexcel ( HXL ) said Friday that it has appointed James Coogan as chief financial officer and executive vice president, starting May 1.

Coogan will succeed interim CFO Mike Lenz, who will serve as a senior advisor during the transition period, the company said.

Coogan most recently served as CFO of Axcelis Technologies ( ACLS ) , Hexcel ( HXL ) added.
