HF Sinclair to Redeem $195 Million of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2026

05:43 PM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HF Sinclair ( DINO ) said late Tuesday that it will redeem $195 million of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2026 on Feb. 21.

The company plans to fund the redemption with the net proceeds of its recent offering of $1.40 billion of senior notes.
