11:02 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HireRight Holdings ( HRT ) said Friday that its acquisition by investment funds affiliated with General Atlantic and Stone Point Capital in a $1.7 billion deal has been completed.

Under the terms of the agreement, General Atlantic and Stone Point acquired the shares they did not already own in HireRight ( HRT ) for $14.35 per share in cash, the company said.

As a result of the deal closing, HireRight ( HRT ) shares will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
