Hologic Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Increase; 2025 Guidance Updated

05:25 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Wednesday of $1.08 per share, up from $1.06 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 28 was $1.02 billion, up from $1.01 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.01 billion.

For fiscal Q4, Hologic ( HOLX ) expects a non-GAAP EPS of $1.09 to $1.12 on revenue of $1.03 billion to $1.04 billion. Analysts at FactSet are looking for an EPS of $1.07 on revenue of $1.03 billion.

For 2025, the company now expects non-GAAP EPS of $4.23 to $4.26, compared with $4.15 to $4.25 previously. It also expects revenue of $4.08 billion to $4.09 billion, compared with its previous guidance of between $4.05 billion and $4.10 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect an EPS of $4.18 on revenue of $4.07 billion.
