Hologic to Acquire Breast Cancer Surgery Technology Firm Endomagnetics For $310 Million

05:58 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) said late Monday it agreed to acquire Endomagnetics for about $310 million.

UK-based Endomagnetics develops and sells breast surgery localization and lymphatic tracing technologies.

Hologic ( HOLX ) said it expects the acquisition to be "slightly dilutive" to its fiscal 2024 non-GAAP per-share earnings, break even in fiscal 2025 and accretive thereafter.
