Hologic to Acquire Gynesonics for About $350 Million

08:46 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) said Monday it has signed an agreement to acquire private medical device company Gynesonics for about $350 million.

Gynesonics, based in Redwood City, California, makes and sells the Sonata system, designed to treat symptomatic uterine fibroids, the company said.
