Home Depot Completes Acquisition of SRS Distribution for $18.3 Billion

10:58 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Home Depot ( HD ) completed the acquisition of SRS Distribution for $18.3 billion.

SRS is a building-products distributor in residential specialty trades serving professional roofers, landscapers and pool contractors, among others, Home Depot ( HD ) said Tuesday in a statement.

The deal was announced on March 28.

Shares of Home Depot ( HD ) rose 1.1% in recent Tuesday trading.
