Chinese smartphone maker Huawei's sub-brand Honor is set to launch Honor 9N in India on Tuesday.
The 9N is expected to be the India variant of the Honor 9i model that was launched in China in June. The price of the phone is also expected to be par with the Chinese model. In China, Honor 9i was launched in two variants - 64 GB inbuilt storage at CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs. 14,600), and 128 GB storage at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 17,800).
The smartphone will feature a 5.84-inch FHD+ 'Notch FullView' display and the bezel-less display design with a 19:9 aspect ratio.
The Honor 9N is expected to sport similar specifications of Honor 9i.
In that case, the phone will feature dual-SIM support, and run EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo. It’s expected to be powered by the Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC with 4 GB RAM and either 64 GB or 128 GB storage variants, expandable up to 256 GB.
The 9N is expected to offer a 13+2 - megapixel dual camera on the rear, along with an LED flash. The Honor 9N likely to have a 16+2- megapixel dual camera on the front. The smartphone will be powered by a 3000mAh battery.
