Host Hotels & Resorts Q4 Adjusted FFO Flat, Revenue Rises; 2025 Guidance Issued

04:59 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Host Hotels & Resorts ( HST ) reported Q4 adjusted diluted fund from operations Wednesday of $0.44 per share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.43 billion, up from $1.32 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.37 billion.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 adjusted diluted FFO of $1.82 to $1.91 per share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.94.

Additionally, the company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 31.
