HubSpot Investigates Cybersecurity Incident Targeting Customer Accounts

03:53 PM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HubSpot ( HUBS ) is investigating a cybersecurity incident with "bad actors targeting a limited number of HubSpot ( HUBS ) customers and attempting to gain unauthorized access to their accounts," Reuters reported Friday, citing a statement from the company's spokesperson.

"HubSpot ( HUBS ) triggered our incident response procedures, and since June 22 we have been contacting impacted customers and taking necessary steps to revoke the unauthorized access and protect our customers and their data," TechCrunch reported, quoting the company's chief information security officer Alyssa Robinson.

Hubspot ( HUBS ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
