09:45 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hut 8 ( HUT ) said Monday its total hashrate under management rose to 26.6 exahashes per second in April from 25.5 EH/s in March.

The company said the total deployed miners under management for April were 250,100, up from 241,600 in March, and that total energy capacity under management was 1,162 megawatts, up from 884 megawatts in the previous month.

In April, Hut 8 ( HUT ) produced 148 Bitcoin, down from 231 in March, while Bitcoin on the balance sheet was 9,109, up from 9,102 in March, the company said.

Shares of Hut 8 Mining were up 4.7% in recent trading.
