07:49 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hydro One ( HRNNF ) on Tuesday reported first-quarter net income attributable to common shareholders of $293 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, up from $282 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.49.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.17 billion, up from $2.07 billion a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.09 billion.

The company's board declared a quarterly cash dividend to common shareholders of $0.3142 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record on June 12.
