SEOUL, April 28 (Reuters) - Hyundai Motor ( HYMTF )

and Kia Corp ( KIMTF ) on Sunday said the companies have

signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Baidu Inc ( BIDU )

to develop technologies for connected cars.
