08:24 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said Thursday that it has priced an offering of unsecured convertible senior notes due 2031 worth $250 million, or $287.5 million if the option granted initial purchasers to purchase additional notes is fully exercised.
The offering was upsized from a previously announced $200 million, the company said.
The notes will bear interest paid semi-annually at a rate of 3.75% per year, the company said. The initial conversion rate will be 519.4805 shares per $1,000 of principal and an initial conversion price of US$1.93 per share, the company said.
The offering is expected to be completed on Monday.
