10:44 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- iA Financial Corporation ( IAFNF ) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of wealth management company, RF Capital Group.

RF Capital has more than $43.6 billion in assets under administration. This, combined with iA Financial's ( IAFNF ) total assets under management and administration, raises the total to over $330 billion as of Sept. 30. Following this transaction, iA Wealth now serves more than 500,000 clients through 1,450 advisor teams.

RF Capital will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange about Nov 4.

iA Financial ( IAFNF ) shares are up up $1.04, to $164.12.
