iA Financial Group Completes $170 million Vericity Buy

08:40 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iA Financial Corporation ( IAFNF ) on Friday said its American subsidiary completed the acquisition of Vericity in an all-cash transaction for US$11.43 a share for a total price of US$170 million.

Vericity had been majority owned by J.C. Flowers, a private investment firm.
