09:01 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IAC (IAC) has completed the spinoff of its full ownership stake in Angi ( ANGI ) , the companies said Tuesday.

The companies said IAC's shareholders now directly hold IAC's former interest in Angi ( ANGI ), which is now an independent company.

Effective on the spinoff, Joey Levin transitioned from IAC's chief executive officer to Angi's ( ANGI ) executive chairman, the companies said, adding that Levin will remain an adviser to IAC.

The companies also said that they each affirmed their full-year outlook for 2025.
