IAC Swings to Q2 Earnings, Revenue Declines

05:35 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IAC (IAC) reported Q2 earnings late Monday of $2.57 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $1.71 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.33.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $586.9 million, down from $634.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $601 million.

Shares of the company fell 4.5% in recent after-hours activity.
