IAC Unit Prices Private Offering of $400 Million in Senior Notes Due 2032

05:32 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IAC (IAC) said its Dotdash Meredith unit priced a private offering of $400 million in 7.625% senior secured notes due 2032.

Proceeds from the notes, issued at 100% of face value, will be used to repay outstanding debt under a Dotdash Meredith $1.18 billion term loan B-1 facility, IAC said Thursday in a statement.
