03:40 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IDEAYA Biosciences ( IDYA ) said Wednesday it had priced an underwritten public offering of common shares and pre-funded warrants for gross proceeds of about $263 million.

The company is offering about 7.2 million shares, priced at $35 per share, and pre-funded warrants to purchase 285,715 common shares, priced at $34.9999 per warrant.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional of about 1.1 million shares.

The offering is set to close around Thursday.

Shares of IDEAYA were down more than 4% in after-market trading hours.
