11:12 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IM Cannabis ( IMCC ) and Avant Brands have signed a licensing agreement to grant the former's Adjupharm GmbH unit the exclusive right to roll out Avant's BLK MKT brand in the German medical cannabis market, the companies said Thursday.

Under the terms, Adjupharm will be granted licensing rights for the BLK MKT brand for its medical cannabis products, the companies added. All products containing cannabis will be solely cultivated by Avant and exported to Germany.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Shares of IM Cannabis ( IMCC ) were up over 22% in recent trading.
