Immatics Launches $150 Million Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

07:58 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Immatics ( IMTX ) said Thursday that it has launched a $150 million underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares.

The company said there is no guarantee as to when or if the offering will be completed, or as to the actual size and terms of the offering, as these are contingent on market conditions and other factors.

The company's shares were down 15% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
