Inari Medical Forms Joint Venture in Greater China

05:48 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Inari Medical ( NARI ) said late Monday it will provide access to its technology for patients with "significant unmet" needs in Greater China through a joint venture with 6 Dimensions Capital and its successor fund, 120 Capital, as well as fellow medical device company VFLO Medical.

Through the venture, Inari will be able to commercialize its devices through VFLO, which will have the right to use Inari's technology to manufacture products for domestic sale in Greater China, the company said.
