12:19 PM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Inari Medical ( NARI ) shares jumped more than 14% in recent Wednesday trading after the company posted higher-than-expected Q1 revenue.
The medical device maker reported revenue for the March quarter of $143.2 million, compared with $116.2 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $137.8 million.
The company said its Q1 loss widened to $0.42 per diluted share from $0.04 a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected a per-share loss of $0.19.
Inari also raised its full-year 2024 revenue outlook to $592.5 million to $602.5 million from prior guidance of $580 million to $595 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $596.8 million.
