01:54 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Incyte ( INCY ) said Tuesday that it acquired two office buildings in Wilmington, Delaware.

The company said the buildings at 1100 North King Street and 1100 North French Street will allow its US-based teams to be located together.

The North King Street building is scheduled to open in 2026 and is expected to accommodate at least 400 employees initially, while the other building will be used for expansion purposes, Incyte ( INCY ) said.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
