03:27 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Indie Semiconductor ( INDI ) said in a Tuesday regulatory filing that Kanwardev Raja Singh Bal informed the company about his intention to resign as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer.

Chief Executive Officer Donald McClymont will take over the CFO responsibilities while the company searches for a new finance chief.

Bal will remain with the company until it files its latest quarterly report on Form 10-Q on or about May 13.
