08:34 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Industrial Logistics Properties Trust ( ILPT ) said Thursday it raised its quarterly dividend to $0.05 per share, or $0.20 annually, up from $0.01.

The distribution will be paid on or about August 14 to shareholders of record as of July 21, the company said.

ILPT cited $0.13 per share in estimated annual savings from refinancing $1.24 billion in floating-rate debt with $1.16 billion in fixed-rate debt, it said.

Shares of the company were up over 2.1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
