Information Services Gets US Patent for AI-Backed Contracting Technology

10:45 AM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (III) said Monday it has obtained a US patent for its artificial intelligence-backed contracting technology.

The patent covers a product that uses artificial intelligence to analyze the preferences of the parties to a contract and suggest customized terms for any scenario, the company said.

Information Services said the contracting service is part of its ISG GovernX vendor compliance and risk management platform.

The service also has future application for ISG Tango, the company's sourcing platform, Information Services said.
