07:07 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ingersoll Rand ( IR ) said Tuesday it has acquired Italy's Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors and its Adicomp subsidiary for about 160 million euros ($188.4 million).

Termomeccanica designs and produces air and gas compressors while Adicomp provides engineered components for the renewable natural gas industry, the company said. Both have a presence in North America, Brazil, and India, the company added.
