Ingram Micro to Sell CloudBlue Unit to HostPapa

11:25 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ingram Micro Holding ( INGM ) agreed to sell its CloudBlue unit to HostPapa for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition includes CloudBlue's connect and commerce platform, which offers 450 integrations for automated billing and service management across partner networks, HostPapa said Wednesday in a statement.

The platform combined with HostPapa's Hostopia unit aims to support automation, recurring revenue and access to independent software vendors and resellers.

The deal is expected to close in Q3.

Ingram Micro ( INGM ) shares rose 0.8% in recent trading Wednesday.
