05:31 PM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Inotiv ( NOTV ) filed a prospectus Thursday for the sale of up to 4.1 million shares by selling shareholders from time to time.

The shares covered in the prospectus are issuable on exercise of a warrants certificate for $1.57 per share, according to the company.

Inotiv ( NOTV ) said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares and plans to use net proceeds from the exercise of warrants for cash for working capital and general corporate purposes.
