Inotiv Preliminary Fiscal Q4, FY Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours

05:18 PM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inotiv ( NOTV ) reported preliminary fiscal Q4 revenue late Monday of $137.5 million to $138.5 million and full-year revenue of $512.5 million to $513.5 million.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $133.4 million in the quarter ended Sept. 30 and $508.2 million in the full year.

The preliminary results mark an increase from the year-earlier totals of $130.4 million in Q4 and $490.7 million for the full year.

Inotiv ( NOTV ) shares rose 41% in after-hours trading.
