Financial terms were not disclosed.

Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) products are now available for delivery from over 1,400 stores in the country through Instacart, the parties added.

Instacart rose 4.2% in recent Wednesday trading, while Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) was down 1.9%.
