Intact Financial's Senior Notes Assigned Rating by Fitch

02:06 PM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fitch Ratings on Monday assigned an "A-" rating to Intact Financial's ( IFCZF ) new senior unsecured medium-term notes due 2034.

The existing ratings assigned to Intact and its insurance subsidiaries are unaffected by the rating action.

The company's shares were last seen down $1.32 to $227.38 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
