09:21 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integra Resources Corp. ( ITRG ) said Wednesdya it has completed the bought deal private placement offering of 14.9 million subscription receipts at a price of C$1.35 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of approximately C$20 million.

The offering was conducted in connection with Integra's intention to acquire Florida Canyon Gold Inc. ( FCGVF )
