Integral Ad Science Holding Swings to Q1 Loss, Revenue Rises; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

04:05 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integral Ad Science Holding ( IAS ) reported late Thursday it swung to a Q1 loss of $0.01 per share from earnings of $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $114.5 million, up from $106.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $112.5 million.

For Q2, the company expects revenue of $125 million to $127 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $124.7 million.

For 2024, the company now expects revenue of $533 million to $541 million, compared with the prior guidance of $530 million to $540 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $533.1 million.

Shares of the company rose more than 12% in recent pre-bell activity Friday.
