02:52 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) , an international oil and gas exploration and production company, reported Friday that it repurchased 289,393 common shares between August 25 and 29, including 44,000 shares acquired on the TSX through a normal course issuer bid.
During the same period, IPC repurchased a total of 244,993 IPC common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.
As of August 29, the company had 112,830,502 common shares issued and outstanding with voting rights, of which 217,993 shares were held in treasury.
Since December 5, 2024, up to and including August 29, 2025, IPC has bought back 7,058,374 shares through the TSX and Nasdaq Stockholm. The program allows for the repurchase of up to 7,465,356 shares over the 12 months ending December 4, 2025, or earlier if completed or terminated.
Shares of IPCO were down $0.29, or 1.13%, to $25.46 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
