International Petroleum Reports Repurchase of Common Shares

01:07 PM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) said Tuesdayit bought back 97,100 common shares from April 22 to April 30 under the company's normal course issuer bid share-repurchase program.

During this period, the company repurchased 48,000 common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The company bought 49,100 IPC common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

All common shares repurchased by IPC under the NCIB will be canceled. During April 2024, IPC canceled 286,418 common shares repurchased under the NCIB.

As at April 30, the total number of issued and outstanding IPC common shares is about 125.2 million with voting rights and IPC holds no common shares in treasury.

The company's stock was down 3.5% on last look on Tuesday in Canada.
