07:16 AM EDT, 07/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intouch Insight ( INXSF ) , at the low-end of its 52-week trading range, overnight Thursday closed the acquisition of the assets of ClearPoint Solutions U.S., a merchandising company specializing in in-store services such as merchandising and re-branding.

The deal was for nearly US$250,000 in cash.

On July 3, Sam Hersey, the former chief executive of ClearPoint joined Intouch to focus on revenue growth.

Shares of the company closed down 2.5% to $0.385 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
