04:51 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Invitation Homes ( INVH ) said late Monday it's under contract to buy about 500 more newly built homes for around $140 million.

Deliveries of the homes in Charlotte, Jacksonville, and Nashville, will start later this year, the company said.

Invitation said it received deliveries of 648 newly built homes last year and expects deliveries of about 1,000 new homes this year.
