09:26 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IonQ ( IONQ ) said Monday it priced a $1 billion equity offering.

The offering consists of nearly 14.2 million shares of common stock priced at $55.49 per share, pre-funded warrants to buy about 3.9 million shares of common stock priced at $55.49 per pre-funded warrant, as well as seven-year warrants to buy roughly 36 million additional shares of common stock, for no additional consideration, at an exercise price of $99.88 per share.

The securities will be bought from the underwriter by Heights Capital Management, IonQ ( IONQ ) said.

IonQ ( IONQ ) shares were rising 3.8% in recent premarket activity.
